Even if a Parent Club has not been active for some time, the club can resume activities, as long as it has not been dissolved as per the Regulations.
Once reactivated, the club is not required to undertake the formation process. However it must ensure it has adopted the current Constitution.

Building up a new club
Even if you only have a few volunteers, we encourage you to start up a club and build as you go.
