Applying for membership

The membership form attached to the Model Constitution must be used to apply for membership. Once the form is submitted at the AGM or any general meeting, the applicant is a member until the next AGM. All memberships must be renewed annually, at or after the AGM. For your convenience, we have made the application form available for download. You will need to replace the red placeholder text with the name of your Parent Club. See below for notes on storage of the membership forms.

Membership fee

A membership fee is not required – simply registering for membership is sufficient.

Membership records

Your club membership records can be stored on paper at the school, or in digital form and accessible upon request.
