Disability Inclusion in Victorian schools

Disability Inclusion is a new approach to supporting students with disability at Victorian government schools, introduced in 2021.  In that year, Disability Inclusion was made available to schools in the Bayside Peninsula, Barwon and Loddon Campaspe areas and five Supported Inclusion Schools.

As from 2022, Disability Inclusion is also available at schools in the following areas:

  • Outer Eastern Melbourne
  • Central Highlands
  • Mallee

To learn more about Disability Inclusion, see the Education Department’s Disability Inclusion page. There’s a short video on the page that gives a good introduction to the program.

The video script is available in 29 community languages.
