Elspeth is a Lecturer in Education, Professional Learning at the Faculty of Education, University of Tasmania.
Concerned that teachers & parents were unintentionally reacting detrimentally to children’s “bad” behaviour, Elspeth has made it her mission to make Tasmania a “trauma informed state” to ensure parents and professionals understand how to deal with severely traumatised children.
