Partners in Parenting: your teen’s mental wellbeing

Now more than ever, parents are looking for ways to protect their teenager’s mental wellbeing.

The Partners in Parenting program, delivered by Prevention United and Monash University, is a free, evidence-based, online program for parents of teenagers to protect their mental wellbeing.

The program includes practical parenting tips that are particularly relevant right now as families cope with COVID-19.

2021 update

The PiP program was updated and enhanced in October 2021.

Features of the new PiP+ include: 

  • The PiP parenting survey which provides personalised feedback about parenting practices, and about the parent’s and teen’s mental wellbeing. 
  • Up to 10 user friendly interactive online modules (15-25mins each). 
  • NEW: COVID-19 module, providing expert-endorsed information about parenting through the pandemic. 
  • NEW: Access to an online community and the opportunity to connect with other parents of teens.
